For a quote or to book a trip, feel free to email cehorsehauler@aol.com or call (626)437-4806. We will need the pick-up and drop-off locations, numbers of horses, and preferred stall size to provide a quote.
A $500.00 deposit is required to book 1 to 2 horses and $1000.00 deposit is required to book 3 or more. Payments for services can be made with all major credit cards, cash, or cashiers check. If you wish to pay with a personal check, arrangements must be made with us in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits are non-refundable. If your horse is unable to make the scheduled trip and you notify us 14 days in advance of the scheduled pick up date, your deposit can be applied towards future transportation costs. Your trip may be billed to you in full if you cancel with less than 5 days notice (unless you have veterinary certification that your horse cannot travel). We appreciate your letting us know as soon as possible if you will need to cancel.
For shipment you will need to provide:
• current coggins and health certificate
• exact pick-up and drop-off addresses and contact phone numbers
• information on your horse such as name/breed/sex/age/height
• please let us know in advance if there will be any tack or equipment going along with the horse. Small amounts of tack and one reasonably sized tack box will be taken at no extra charge
